口腔综合治疗台水路晨间开诊前污染监测及干预措施

【摘要】:目的了解口腔综合治疗台水路晨间开诊前污染情况,评价干预措施的效果。方法选择2014年4月20台口腔综合治疗台作为样本,分为试验组10台,对照组10台;试验组用酸性氧化电位水流动冲洗口腔综合治疗台水路5min,对照组用蒸馏水代替消毒液,同样程序流动冲洗口腔综合治疗台水路,分别采集高速手机连接管水样送细菌培养及菌落计数,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果晨间开诊前未经任何处理水样,细菌培养菌落数为(3333.15±2107.41)CFU/ml,蒸馏水冲洗2 min水样细菌培养菌落数为(1370.50±1048.24)CFU/ml,前、后对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组消毒后水样细菌培养菌落数为0CFU/ml,对照组冲洗后水样细菌培养菌落数为(952.10±834.22)CFU/ml,试验组与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路晨间开诊前污染严重,水路冲洗能减少细菌数量,但不能保证达到安全标准,应做常规消毒处理,酸性氧化电位水用于口腔综合治疗台水路的消毒效果可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the pollution of the oral comprehensive treatment platform before the morning opening of the water channel and evaluate the effect of the intervention measures. Methods the oral comprehensive therapy platform of April 20th 2014 was selected as the sample and divided into the experimental group (10) and the control (10). The experimental group was treated with acidic oxidizing potential water flow for 5 min, while the control group was treated with distilled water instead of disinfectant. The bacterial culture and colony count were collected and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results the water samples were not treated before morning. The colony number of bacteria cultured was 3333.15 卤2107.41g CFU / ml, and that of distilled water for 2 min was 1370.50 卤1048.24g CFU / ml. The number of bacteria cultured in water samples was 0 CFU / ml in the experimental group and 952. 10 卤834. 22 CFU / ml in the control group. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0. 05). The treatment platform waterway was seriously polluted before the morning consultation. Water route washing can reduce the number of bacteria, but it can not meet the safety standard. It should be treated with routine disinfection, and the disinfection effect of acid oxidized potential water used in the water route of oral comprehensive therapy table is reliable.
