2010-2014年渭南市手足口病病原学监测结果分析

【摘要】:目的对渭南市2010-2014年手足口病(Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,HFMD)病原学监测结果进行分析,了解渭南市手足口病流行特征,为手足口病防控提供病原学依据。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time RT-q PCR)法,对渭南市2010-2014年2 604份疑似手足口病标本进行人肠道病毒(Human Enterovirus,HEV)、肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsackievirus A16,Cox A16)和其他人肠道病毒(other HEV)核酸检测。结果2 604份疑似手足口病标本中,HEV阳性率为51.50%(1341/2 604),EV71阳性率为22.08%(575/2 604),Cox A16阳性率为13.56%(353/2 604),其他HEV阳性率为15.86%(413/2 604),HEV阳性病例男女比例为1.36∶1(772/567),手足口病流行时间以4-9月为主,年龄以5岁以下儿童为主。发病2 d内手足口病阳性率最高为74.53%(158/212)。结论 2010年和2013年渭南市手足口病主要病原体是其他肠道病毒,2012年和2014年主要病原体是EV71,2013年主要病原体是EV71和Cox A16,5岁以下儿童是手足口病发病的主要人群,应尽早采集发病2 d内的样品。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the etiological surveillance results of Hand-Foot-Mouth disease (Hand-Foot-Mouth disease) in Weinan City from 2010 to 2014, to understand the epidemic characteristics of HFMD in Weinan City, and to provide the etiological basis for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(Real-time RT-q method was used. A total of 2 604 suspected hand-foot-mouth disease specimens from Weinan City from 2010 to 2014 were tested for human enterovirus (Human EnterovirusHEV), Enterovirus 71 (Enterovirus 71), Coxsackievirus 16 (Coxsackievirus A16Cox A16) and other human enterovirus (other HEV) nucleic acids. The positive rate of HEV was 51.50% 1341 / 2 604 and the positive rate of EV71 was 22.08% 5755 / 2 604% Cox A16 positive rate was 13.56% 353 / 2 604%, the positive rate of other HEV positive cases was 15.86% 413% 2604% positive rate of male and female cases was 1.361wt% 772567%, the epidemic time of hand, foot and mouth disease was mainly 4-9 months. The highest positive rate of HFMD was 74.53% in 2 days. Conclusion in 2010 and 2013, the main pathogens of HFMD in Weinan City were other enterovirus, EV71in 2012 and EV71in 2012. The pathogens are EV71 and Cox A16. Children under the age of 5 are the most common cause of HFMD. Samples should be collected as early as possible within 2 days after the onset of the disease.
