江苏省2010-2012年菌痢流行概况及病原学分析

【摘要】:目的了解江苏省菌痢发病规律,分析菌型分布和药物敏感性特征,为菌痢防治提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2010-2012年江苏省菌痢监测资料进行分析,同时应用血清凝集和K-B纸片法进行血清分型和药物敏感性分析。结果2010-2012年江苏省菌痢年均发病率为8.49/10万,发病高峰是5-10月份,占3年总发病数的72.39%;在地区上呈散发态势,常州、镇江和徐州3市年均发病率最高;年龄分布以低年龄组为主,05岁组年均发病率最高。福氏志贺菌是优势菌群,其中F2a最多,占41.50%;宋内志贺菌变化显著。志贺菌对萘啶酸耐药率最高,其次为氨苄西林、四环素和复方新诺明。所有检测的抗生素中氨苄西林的耐药率增长最快。结论2010-2012年江苏省菌痢发病率较往年有所降低,志贺菌菌群比例变化显著,耐药及多重耐药现象日益严重。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the incidence law of bacillary dysentery in Jiangsu Province, analyze the distribution of bacterial type and the characteristics of drug sensitivity, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of bacillary dysentery. Methods the monitoring data of bacterial dysentery in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results the average annual incidence of bacillary dysentery in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2012 was 8.49 / 100 thousand, with a peak incidence of May to October, accounting for 72.39 percent of the total incidence in three years. The average annual morbidity of Zhenjiang and Xuzhou was the highest, and the age distribution was the highest in the age group of 05 years old. Shigella flexneri was the dominant group, and F2a was the most. Shigella sonnei had the highest resistance to nalididinic acid, followed by ampicillin. The resistance rate of ampicillin to ampicillin was the fastest in all the antibiotics tested. Conclusion the incidence of bacillary dysentery in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2012 was lower than that in previous years, and the proportion of Shigella bacteria changed significantly. Drug resistance and multi-drug resistance are becoming more and more serious.
