三种清洗方法对鼻圈套器械清洗效果的比较

【摘要】：目的比较三种清洗方法对鼻圈套器械的清洗效果。方法将手术后回收的鼻圈套器械分为三组,分别采用全机械清洗、全手工清洗、机械清洗+手工清洗的方法进行清洗,比较清洗效果。结果机械清洗+手工清洗的方法清洗质量最好,全手工清洗的方法其次,全机械清洗的方法合格率最低。结论对于结构较复杂的鼻圈套器械,采用初步冲洗、超声清洗、手工刷洗、全自动喷淋清洗的方法进行清洗消毒,能达到较好的清洗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the cleaning effect of three kinds of cleaning methods on nasal snare instruments. Methods the nasal snare instruments recovered after operation were divided into three groups: total mechanical cleaning, full manual cleaning, mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning. Results the method of mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning had the best cleaning quality, the total manual cleaning method was the second, and the whole mechanical cleaning method had the lowest qualified rate. Ultrasonic cleaning, manual washing and automatic spray cleaning can achieve better cleaning effect.
