2012~2015年西宁市职业暴露人群血清学和环境高致病性禽流感病毒监测分析

【摘要】:目的了解西宁市职业暴露人群高致病性禽流感病毒感染情况和环境中高致病性禽流感病毒污染状况。方法 2012~2015年共采集职业暴露人群的血清标本485份,采用马红细胞血凝抑制实验检测H5N1、H7N9、H5N6禽流感抗体;在活禽市场采集环境标本879份,采用实时荧光定量反转录-聚合酶链反应法检测禽流感病毒核酸Flu A,阳性标本进行H5、H7和H9亚型核酸检测。结果职业暴露人群血清H5N1、H5N6和H7N9抗体检测结果均为阴性。879环境份标本中检出Flu A阳性159份(18.09%),其中2012~2015年Flu A阳性检出率依次为9.55%、3.05%、20.82%、34.04%(P0.01);活禽零售市场Flu A阳性检出率为25.24%,高于活禽批发市场的0.40%(P0.01)。Flu A阳性检出率禽类新鲜粪便8.78%、禽类饮水26.67%、笼具表面19.87%、宰杀或者摆放禽类肉案板32.10%、清洗禽类的污水40.00%,不同种类标本检出率存在统计学差异(P0.01);Flu A阳性标本亚型分析,仅H5阳性51例、仅H9阳性27例、H5和H9均阳性81例,未检测到H7亚型。结论西宁市活禽交易市场中高致病性禽流感病毒阳性检出率呈逐年增高趋势,普遍存在着H5/H9双重污染;西宁市职业暴露人群尚无人感染禽流感。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in occupational exposed population and the contamination of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in the environment in Xining City. Methods 485 serum samples from occupational exposed population were collected from 2012 to 2015. Horse erythrocyte hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect H5N1 N1H7N9H 5N6 avian influenza antibody, and 879 samples were collected from live poultry market. Flu A of avian influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, and H5 H7 and H9 subtype nucleic acid were detected in positive samples. Results the results of detection of serum H5N1 N1H 5N6 and H7N9 antibody in occupational exposed population were negative. 879. 159 positive samples of Flu A were detected in environmental samples. The positive rate of Flu A in 2012-2015 was 9.55 / 3.05 and 20.82and 34.042 respectively (P 0.01), and the positive rate of Flu A in live poultry retail market was 25.24, which was higher than that in fresh poultry excrement 8.78% in live poultry wholesale market, and the positive rate of Flu A in poultry was 8.78%, and the positive rate of Flu A in poultry was 8.78% in poultry, and the positive rate of Flu A in live poultry retail market was 25.24%, higher than that in live poultry wholesale market. Drinking water 26.67, cage surface 19.87, slaughtering or placing poultry meat table 32.10, cleaning poultry sewage 40.00.There are statistical differences in the detection rate of different kinds of specimens. Only 51 cases were positive for H5, and 81 cases were positive for H5 and H9. No H7 subtype was detected. Conclusion the positive rate of H7 in the live poultry market of Xining is increasing year by year, and there is a double contamination of H5/H9. Xining City occupational exposure population has not been infected with avian influenza.
