【摘要】：目的了解医院小儿内科医院感染情况,为有效防控提供科学依据。方法采取前瞻性目标监测的方法,对某综合医院小儿内科所有住院患儿的医院感染进行监测。结果该医院儿内科2011年度共监测住院患儿7 866例,发生医院感染患儿386例、389例次,感染率为4.91%、例次感染率为4.95%,调整日感染率7.60‰、日例次发病率7.66‰。感染部位以上呼吸道感染为主,占57.58%;其次是胃肠道感染,占25.96%。结论儿科医院感染发生率高于普通病房,以上呼吸道和胃肠道感染为儿科特点,应当可防可控。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate nosocomial infection in pediatric medicine department in hospital and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control.Methods the nosocomial infection of all hospitalized children in pediatric medicine department of a general hospital was monitored by prospective objective monitoring method.Results A total of 7 866 hospitalized children were monitored in this hospital in 2011, 386 cases of nosocomial infection occurred 389 times, the infection rate was 4.91, the case infection rate was 4.95%, the adjusted daily infection rate was 7.60 鈥，
