贵州省首例输入性人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学调查

【摘要】：目的分析人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学特征,为有效防控人感染H7N9禽流感提供参考依据。方法对病例开展流行病学个案调查,详细了解其发病和诊疗经过,对密切接触者进行医学观察,运用PCR进行H7N9禽病毒核酸检测。结果结合流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果,确诊死亡病例为贵州省首例输入性人感染H7N9禽流感病例,该病例无明确的禽类接触史。密切接触者中,仅患者配偶和其子出现流感样症状,但均未发现H7N9禽流感病毒感染。结论 H7N9禽流感病毒的感染途径不明,暂无人传人的证据,多部门协作对疫情防控具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human H7N9 avian influenza cases and to provide a reference for the effective prevention and control of human H7N9 avian influenza.Methods Epidemiological case investigation was carried out to understand the incidence, diagnosis and treatment of the cases in detail. The close contacts were observed by medical observation and the H7N9 virus nucleic acid was detected by PCR.Results combined with the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations and laboratory results, the confirmed death case was the first case of imported human H7N9 avian influenza in Guizhou province, which had no clear poultry contact history.In close contact, only the spouses and their children developed flu-like symptoms, but no H7N9 infection was found.Conclusion the infection route of H7N9 avian influenza virus is not clear, there is no human transmission, and multi-department cooperation has positive effect on the prevention and control of the disease.
