二水二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片对水中微生物杀灭效果及毒性研究

【摘要】：目的了解二水二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片溶液对水中微生物的杀灭效果、杀菌影响因素及其毒性,并与二氯异氰尿酸钠水消毒效果进行比较。方法应用定量杀菌试验、水消毒现场试验及动物毒性试验对二水二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片水中微生物的杀灭效果及毒性进行研究。结果二水二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片溶液在有效氯含量0.15 mg/L时,作用2 min,有效氯含量1.5 mg/L时,作用0.5 min,可使水中大肠杆菌降至0 cfu/100 ml,与二氯异氰尿酸钠杀菌结果基本一致;水温5℃~31℃、p H值6.5~8.5、色度15°,对有效氯含量1.5 mg/L作用30 min的杀菌效果无影响。有效氯含量1.5 mg/L作用30 min,可使游泳池水达合格标准。一次最大限度试验对小鼠LD_(50)5 000 mg/kg·bw(2 500 mg/L有效氯),对皮肤刺激反应积分为0,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论二水二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片对水中微生物具有良好的杀菌效果,且属实际无毒、无刺激、无致突变作用,是一种较好的游泳池水消毒剂。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bactericidal effect of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant solution on microorganism in water, the germicidal factors and its toxicity, and to compare the efficacy of disinfection with sodium dichloroisocyanurate sodium dichloroisocyanurate.Methods quantitative germicidal test, water disinfection field test and animal toxicity test were used to study the killing effect and toxicity of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant tablets.Results when the available chlorine content of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant tablet solution was 0. 15 mg/L and the available chlorine content was 1. 5 mg/L, the bactericidal effect of Escherichia coli in water decreased to 0 cfu/100 ml, which was consistent with that of sodium dichloroisocyanurate sodium.The water temperature was 5 鈩，
