光波对口腔实心金属器械消毒灭菌效果的实验研究

【摘要】:目的探讨光波对口腔实心金属器械消毒灭菌的温效、时效关系。方法采用人工污染实验法,以无菌口镜、镊子和探针为载体,用不同指示菌和HBsAg纯抗原进行污染,经不同温度、对应不同时间的光波消毒灭菌后进行采样,最后采用增菌培养和酶联免疫吸附法、雅培检测法来分别检测光波对细菌的灭活情况和对HBsAg抗原的破坏情况。结果光波在120℃时5 min,130℃时3 min,140℃时1 min都能彻底杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌;在120℃时7 min,130℃时5 min,140℃时3 min都能彻底杀灭白色念珠菌;在120℃时9 min,130℃时7 min,140℃时5 min都能彻底杀灭枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种。光波在120℃时7 min,130℃时5 min,140℃时3 min,都能有效破坏HBsAg的抗原性。经抗力实验比较,口腔自然菌比枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种更易灭活。结论光波能够实现对口腔实心金属器械的快速消毒灭菌,并且在器械能耐高温的前提下,温度越高则时间越短、效果越好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of light wave on sterilizing and sterilizing oral solid metal instruments.Methods the method of artificial contamination experiment was used, using sterilizing microscope, tweezers and probe as the carrier, using different indicator bacteria and pure antigen of HBsAg, sterilizing and sampling with different temperature and corresponding light wave at different time.In the end, bacteria culture, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and Abbott assay were used to detect the inactivation of bacteria by light wave and the destruction of HBsAg antigen respectively.Results the light wave could kill Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa completely at 1 min at 5 mins 130 鈩,
