四川省第二类疫苗采购平台的建立和实施效果分析

【摘要】：目的分析四川省第二类疫苗采购平台的实施效果,为完善疫苗采购工作流程积累经验。方法利用采购平台数据,对全省第二类疫苗的采购与配送情况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果四川省第二类疫苗采购平台依托省药械采购与监管平台建成,2016年5-12月全省有177个(96.72%)县级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)通过平台实施第二类疫苗采购,月平均订单数1 044.5笔,疫苗生产企业对订单的平均响应率为98.42%,疫苗平均配送到位率为94.32%,平均配送时间为38.50天。结论四川省第二类疫苗采购平台能满足全省第二类疫苗采购需求,县级CDC和企业能通过平台进行良好衔接,需加强企业监管以提高配送效能。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of the second type vaccine purchasing platform in Sichuan province, and to accumulate experience in improving the procurement process of vaccine.Methods the data of purchasing platform were used to analyze the purchasing and distribution of the second type vaccine.Results the second type vaccine purchasing platform of Sichuan Province was built up on the basis of provincial drug procurement and supervision platform. From May to December 2016, there were 177 CDCCs of disease prevention and control center at county level to carry out the second type vaccine purchase through the platform. The average number of orders per month was 1 044.5.The average response rate of vaccine manufacturers to orders is 98.42 and the average delivery rate of vaccines is 94.32 and the average delivery time is 38.50 days.Conclusion the second type vaccine purchasing platform in Sichuan province can meet the demand of the second type vaccine purchase in Sichuan province. The county level CDC and the enterprise can be connected well through the platform. It is necessary to strengthen the enterprise supervision to improve the distribution efficiency.
