山西省医疗机构消毒效果监测结果分析

【摘要】：目的了解山西省辖区内医院消毒与灭菌效果情况,以便加强医院感染控制和消毒工作质量。方法采用现场采样和微生物学检验方法,对山西省35所不同规模医院的消毒灭菌质量进行连续5年的动态监测。结果连续5年共采样8669份,总合格率为90.62%。其中Ⅰ类医院合格率为90.05%,Ⅱ类医院合格率为91.58%,Ⅲ类医院合格率为94.28%,Ⅳ类医院合格率为84.19%。不同调查对象中,室内空气卫生合格率为79.99%;物体表面合格率75.65%;医护人员手合格率83.10%;使用中消毒剂合格率92.99%;压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率98.01%。结论本省辖区内不同规模医院消毒与灭菌质量整体水平比较好,但室内空气和物体表面合格率相对较低,需要加强医院室内环境卫生消毒管理。
