2011-2016年唐山市蝇类种群密度及多样性分析

【摘要】:目的了解唐山市2011-2016年蝇类种群密度,季节消长及不同月份,不同生境蝇类种群多样性特征,为有效防制蝇类提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法5-10月监测蝇种密度。蝇种多样性研究采用多样性指数、均匀度指数和优势度指数进行分析。结果 6年蝇监测数据显示,棕尾别麻蝇、家蝇、厩腐蝇和丝光绿蝇密度位居前4位。不同生境中以农贸市场蝇密度最高,为6.06只/笼。蝇类季节消长呈单峰曲线,总密度高峰出现在7月份。从6年合计不同月份蝇类多样性指数分析看,5月多样性指数最高,为1.359;9月均匀度指数最高,为0.851;10月优势度指数最高,为0.459。从不同环境多样性指数分析看,农贸市场多样性指数最高,为1.352;居民区均匀度指数最高,为0.793;绿化带优势度指数最高,为0.571。结论棕尾别麻蝇为唐山市的优势蝇种;农贸市场蝇种最多,蝇密度最高,是重要的蝇类孳生地;5月份蝇种最多,7月份蝇密度最高,9月份各蝇种密度最均匀。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the population diversity characteristics of flies in different habitats and different months in Tangshan City from 2011 to 2016, and to provide scientific basis for effective control of flies. Methods the density of flies was monitored by cage trapping method in May to October. Diversity index, evenness index and dominance index were used to study the species diversity of flies. Results the data of 6 years of fly monitoring showed that the density of Ephedra palmifera, Musca domestica, stables rot fly and mercerous green fly were among the top 4. In different habitats, the density of flies in farmers' market was the highest, 6.06 per cage. The seasonal fluctuation of flies showed a single peak curve, and the peak of total density appeared in July. The diversity index of flies in different months of six years was the highest (1.359) in May, the highest (0.851) in September, and the highest (0.459) in October. According to the analysis of different environmental diversity indices, the farmers' market diversity index is the highest (1.352); the residential area evenness index is the highest (0.793); and the green belt dominance index is the highest (0.571.) Conclusion the dominant fly species in Tangshan city is Elaeagnus palmifera, and the density of flies is the highest in farmers market. It is the most important breeding ground for flies in May and the highest density in July and September respectively.
