酸氧化电位水对烧伤创面感染的影响

【摘要】: 目的研究酸氧化电位水的体外杀菌效果、有机物对其杀菌效果的影响以及其在烧伤创面的杀菌效果;研究酸氧化电位水对体外培养的角质形成细胞的影响。 方法对酸氧化电位水选择合适的中和剂,并对其进行体外杀菌实验、有机物对其的杀菌效果的影响实验;观察酸氧化电位水对烧伤创面杀菌效果;体外分离培养人皮肤角质形成细胞,MTT法检测酸氧化电位水对角质形成细胞生长增殖的影响。 结果酸氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率可达99.99%以上,烧伤水泡液及五黄油可降低其杀菌效果。应用酸氧化电位水冲洗烧伤创面,能有效减少创面残留细菌量。人皮肤角质形成细胞体外培养可快速稳定生长,酸氧化电位水对其生长无明显影响。 结论酸氧化电位水杀菌效果显著,且受有机物影响严重;其还能有效杀灭创面细菌,从而抑制创面细菌的生长;对体外培养的人皮肤角质形成细胞生长增殖无明显抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bactericidal effect of acid oxidized potential water in vitro, the effect of organic matter on its bactericidal efficacy and its bactericidal effect on burn wound, and to study the effect of acid oxidizing potential water on keratinocytes cultured in vitro. Methods the suitable neutralizer was selected for acid oxidizing potential water, and the bactericidal effect of organic matter on burn wound was tested in vitro, and the bactericidal effect of acid oxidizing potential water on burn wound was observed. Human skin keratinocytes were isolated and cultured in vitro. MTT assay was used to detect the effect of acid oxidizing potential water on the growth and proliferation of keratinocytes. Results the killing rate of acid oxidized potential water on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli was over 99.99%. Acid oxidation potential water can effectively reduce the residual bacteria in burn wounds. Human skin keratinocytes could grow rapidly and stably in vitro, but acid oxidation potential water had no effect on the growth of keratinocytes. Conclusion Acid oxidizing potential water has a significant bactericidal effect and is seriously affected by organic matter. It can also effectively kill wound bacteria, thereby inhibiting the growth of wound bacteria, and has no obvious inhibitory effect on the growth and proliferation of human skin keratinocytes cultured in vitro.
