长处和困难问卷(SDQ)中文版的信度和效度研究

【摘要】:目的:引进儿童精神障碍检查工具:长处和困难问卷(strength and difficulty questionnaire,SDQ)。研究长处和困难问卷(SDQ)中文版在7-16岁学生人群中应用的信度和效度。论证该工具在国内应用的可能性。 方法:用成都市五城区范围内7-16岁学生人群的流行病学样本5392(按比例分配分层整群抽样),有效问卷5318人,共收回SDQ家长版4334份(4279/5318 81.50%),SDQ教师版4742份(4742/5318 89.17%),SDQ学生版2381份(2381/2474 96.24%)。将所有的数据输入计算机SPSS 12.0统计软件进行分析。因为所采集的资料为偏态分布,统计采用非参数分析,,应用Cronbach α系数估计内部一致性,用Spearman-Brown公式估计分半信度,Spearman相关做相关分析,用方差极大正交旋转法做因子分析。 结果:1)SDQ的内部一致性为(Cronbach[alpha]mean:0.796);2)分半信度(mean:0.798);3)1周后的重测信度(mean:0.834);4)信息提供者之间之间有一定的相关系数(mean:0.18);5)因子与因子的相关系数为(mean:0.350)小于因子与总分的相关系数(mean:0.667);6)因子分析得出5个因子与原作者得出的5个因子基本相似;7)SDQ
[Abstract]:Objective: to introduce the child mental disorder examination tool: strengths and difficulties questionnaire strength and Difficulty questionnaire. The reliability and validity of SDQ Chinese version in students aged 7-16 years. The possibility of application of this tool in China is demonstrated. Methods: using the epidemiological samples of students aged 7 to 16 years in five urban areas of Chengdu, we collected 4334 copies of SDQ parent edition from 4334 samples of 4279 / 5318 81.50,4742 teachers' edition of SDQ, 2381 students' versions of 2381r.2474 96.24244.The sample of epidemiology of students aged 7-16 years old in Chengdu City was 53922.992 (P < 0.05), and valid questionnaire was 5318 persons (P < 0.05). The total number of 4334 copies of 4279 / 5318 / 81.50Qs in the parent edition of SDQ was recovered from 4742 copies of the teacher's edition of SDQ. Input all the data into the computer SPSS 12.0 statistical software for analysis. Because the collected data is skewed distribution, non-parametric analysis is used in statistics, internal consistency is estimated by Cronbach 伪 coefficient, Spearman-Brown formula is used to estimate split-half reliability and Spearman correlation is analyzed, factor analysis is done by the method of maximal orthogonal rotation of variance. Results the internal consistency of 1: 1 SDQ is Cronbach [alpha] (mean: 0.796 / 2) 1 / 1: 0. 798 / 3 / 3) there is a certain correlation coefficient between the information providers (meaning: 0. 18 / 5) the correlation coefficient between the factors and the factors is mean 0. 350) the correlation coefficient between the factors and the total score is less than the correlation coefficient between the factors and the total score. The five factors are basically similar to those obtained by the original author, and the SDQ is similar to that obtained by the original author.
