【摘要】:公共卫生安全已是当今政府和社会高度重视的一个主题,流行疾病更是重中之重,如何使人们及时准确、形象直观地获知和掌握流行疾病信息,增强自我防范意识,缩小病发范围成为社会各界共同关注的一个热点。本文旨在探讨利用WebGIS强大的地图综合表现和发布能力,结合GIS独有的空间分析功能,以地理空间信息为载体,集成流行疾病相关信息,经由Internet网络,实现流行疾病信息的网络发布。论文取得了以下成果: 1.全面总结了GIS在流行疾病领域的应用优势和应用优势,包括在可视化、专题图绘制、危险因素分析、空间分析、流行疾病控制资源管理与规划、疫情预警与发布以及在公共卫生教育这七个方面的应用。 2.描述了WebGIS的定义、特点、体系架构和实现模式,并分别针对WebGIS的每种实现模式的优缺点进行了分析总结。 3.以设计原则为指导,从平台技术选型、体系架构、功能模块、数据库等方面的设计出发,以SuperMap IS为WebGIS平台,结合各种网络编程技术,设计实现了流行疾病预警与发布系统。
[Abstract]:Public health and safety has become a topic that the government and society attach great importance to, and the epidemic disease is the most important. How to make people know and grasp the information of epidemic disease in time, image and intuitively, and strengthen the consciousness of self-prevention, and how to make people know and grasp the information of epidemic disease directly and vividly. Reducing the scope of disease has become a common concern of all sectors of the community a hot spot. The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of WebGIS's powerful ability of map synthesis and distribution, combined with the unique spatial analysis function of GIS, using geospatial information as a carrier and integrating information related to epidemic diseases through the Internet network. Realize the network release of epidemic disease information. The paper has achieved the following results: 1. The application advantages and advantages of GIS in the field of epidemic diseases are summarized, including visualization, thematic mapping, risk factor analysis, spatial analysis, management and planning of epidemic disease control resources. The application of epidemic warning and publication and public health education. 2. The definition, characteristics, architecture and implementation pattern of WebGIS are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each implementation mode of WebGIS are analyzed and summarized. 3. Under the guidance of design principle, from the aspects of platform technology selection, system architecture, function module, database design, SuperMap is as WebGIS platform, combined with various network programming techniques, the epidemic disease early warning and release system is designed and implemented.
