【摘要】:目的了解九江市常规免疫接种率监测情况,评价常规免疫疫苗接种数据的报告质量。方法通过报告接种率、估算接种率、差值(D值)、比值(R值)等指标的统计,对九江市接种率监测情况进行分析评价。结果2011-2012年九江市免疫规划疫苗报告接种率均98%,估算接种率为77.24%~104.27%之间,其中白破疫苗(DT)和A+C流脑疫苗(Men AC)估算接种率偏低;D值评价除DT和Men AC为"不可信"、2011年麻腮风疫苗(MMR)为"可疑"外,其他均为"可信";R值评价显示乙肝疫苗(Hep B)和卡介苗(BCG)的应种儿童统计高于其他疫苗,其他基础免疫疫苗可信程度较高。结论九江市2011-2012年常规免疫接种报告质量总体较好,大部分疫苗接种率维持在较高水平,需进一步提高白破疫苗、A+C流脑疫苗等加强免疫疫苗的接种率;各县区应准确掌握辖区内出生和应种人数,以提高接种数据报告质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of routine immunization coverage in Jiujiang City and evaluate the quality of routine immunization data. Methods based on the statistics of coverage rate, estimated coverage rate, differential D value and ratio R value, the monitoring situation of vaccination rate in Jiujiang City was analyzed and evaluated. Results from 2011 to 2012, the reported vaccination rates of immunization planning in Jiujiang city were 98, and the estimated vaccination rate was between 77.24% and 104.27%. The estimated coverage rate was lower than D value, except DT and Men AC were "unreliable" and 2011 MMRs for leprosy vaccine were "suspicious". The other children with hepatitis B vaccine (Hep) and BCG (BCG) were more reliable than other vaccines, and the other basic immunization vaccines were more reliable than those of the other vaccines, the evaluation of "credible" R value showed that the children with hepatitis B vaccine and BCG) were more reliable than those of other vaccines. Conclusion the quality of routine immunization reports from 2011 to 2012 in Jiujiang City was good, and the coverage rate of most vaccines was maintained at a higher level. In order to improve the quality of vaccination data reporting, the number of births and species should be accurately grasped in each county and district.
