内镜清洗刷对铜绿假单胞菌清除效果的研究

【摘要】：目的研究不同清洗刷对污染铜绿假单胞菌的内镜清洗效果,为更有效消毒内镜提供参考。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对不同清洗刷清洗消毒内镜的效果作出评价。结果不同清洗刷处理后的残余细菌计数结果进行比较总体差异有统计学意义;不同清洗次数的残余细菌计数方差分析结果比较差异有统计学意义。各因素不同水平间的多重比较,清洗刷组的变量间比较结果示尼龙毛刷组和圆盘刷组之间的差异都有统计学意义。结论使用圆盘刷刷洗两次能够最佳地清除模拟内镜管内的铜绿假单胞菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different cleaning brushes on the cleaning of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Methods the efficacy of different cleaning brush cleaning and disinfection endoscopy was evaluated by the method of bacterial quantitative detection. Results the results of residual bacteria count after different cleaning brushes were statistically different, and the variance analysis of residual bacteria counts with different cleaning times was statistically significant. The results showed that the difference between nylon brush group and disc brush group was statistically significant. Conclusion using disk brushing twice can best remove Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the simulated endoscopy tube.
