1991-2007年云南家鼠疫源地鼠疫监测及相关因素分析

【摘要】: 鼠疫(Plague)是由鼠疫耶尔森氏菌(Yersina pestis)引起的一种自然疫源性疾病,它以发病急、传播速度快、病死率高为主要特征。其主要传染源为啮齿类动物,主要传播媒介是跳蚤,动物间鼠疫时有发生,并可引起人间鼠疫流行。纵观1991-2007年我国鼠疫流行曲线,云南家鼠鼠疫自然疫源地处于活跃状态,我国人间鼠疫的回升,与这块疫源地的活动程度密切相关。 本研究工作主要通过对1991-2007年云南家鼠鼠疫自然疫源地鼠疫监测数据进行描述和分析,探讨云南家鼠鼠疫流行的时间分布、地区分布及人群分布规律,分析云南家鼠疫源地复燃以来鼠疫流行情况和变化趋势,研究导致鼠疫发生的自然因素和社会因素,以及鼠疫与鼠密度和蚤阳性率的相关性,并建立回归方程进行相关性分析,在疫情发生之前对鼠疫流行做出预警,为鼠疫防治提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Plagueis is a natural epidemic disease caused by Yersina pestis. It is characterized by rapid onset, rapid transmission and high mortality. The main source of infection is rodent, and the main transmission medium is flea. Plague among animals occurs from time to time, and can cause human plague epidemic. According to the epidemic curve of plague in China from 1991 to 2007, the natural foci of plague in Yunnan Province are active, and the rise of human plague in China is closely related to the activity degree of the foci. Based on the description and analysis of the monitoring data of plague natural foci in Yunnan from 1991 to 2007, the temporal distribution, regional distribution and population distribution of Yersinia pestis in Yunnan were discussed. This paper analyzed the epidemic situation and changing trend of Yersinia pestis in Yunnan, studied the natural and social factors leading to the occurrence of Yersinia pestis, as well as the correlation between plague and the density of rats and the positive rate of fleas, and established a regression equation for correlation analysis. In order to provide scientific basis for plague prevention and control, the early warning of plague epidemic was made before the outbreak.
