2008-2013年北京市朝阳区手足口病流行特征分析

【摘要】：目的分析2008-2013年朝阳区手足口病流行特征。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对朝阳区2008-2013年手足口病监测数据进行分析。结果 2008-2013年朝阳区报告病例数分别为2 410例、3 294例、5 779例、4 480例、5 192例和5 767例,报告重症数分别为24例、16例、149例、70例、81例和15例,报告发病率分别为88.82/10万、116.94/10万、198.14/10万、126.38/10万、142.62/10万和154.43/10万。流动人口聚集的地区报告病例数较多,发病高峰为5-7月。病例中5岁以下儿童占88.0%,男女性别比为1.55∶1。病例中散居儿童和托幼儿童分别占59.0%和36.6%。2 745份生物样本中,阳性率为52.0%(1 427份),EV71和Cox A16分别占阳性标本的35.0%和33.6%。结论朝阳区手足口病疫情呈高发的态势,尤以城乡结合部为主,发病集中在夏秋季,好发于5岁以下男性幼儿。EV71和Cox A16是朝阳区手足口病的主要致病病原,与北京市手足口病流行趋势一致。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Chaoyang District from 2008 to 2013. Methods the surveillance data of hand, foot and mouth disease from 2008 to 2013 in Chaoyang District were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results from 2008 to 2013, the reported cases in Chaoyang District were 2 410 cases, 3 294 cases, 5 779 cases, 4 480 cases, 5 192 cases and 5 767 cases, respectively. The number of reported severe cases were 24 cases, 16 cases, 149 cases, 70 cases, 81 cases and 15 cases, respectively. The reported incidence was 88.82 / 100,000,000, 116.94 / 100,000, 198.14 / 100,000, 126.38 / 100, 000, 142.62 / 100, 000 and 154.43 / 100, 000, respectively. There were more reported cases in the areas where the floating population was concentrated, and the peak incidence was May to July. Children under the age of 5 accounted for 88. 0% of the cases, with a sex ratio of 1. 55: 1. The positive rates of scattered children and nursery children were 59.0% and 36.6%, respectively. The positive rate of EV71 and Cox A16 were 52.0% and 33.6%, respectively. Conclusion the prevalence of HFMD in Chaoyang District is high, especially in the urban and rural areas, and the incidence is concentrated in summer and autumn. EV71 and Cox A16 are the main pathogens of HFMD in Chaoyang District. It is consistent with the epidemic trend of hand, foot and mouth disease in Beijing.
