【摘要】：二氧化氯作为杀菌剂、清洁剂、脱味剂、漂白剂在其相关领域中正得到非常广泛的应用。深入开展关于二氧化氯杀菌消毒方面的影响因素研究，对于拓展其在消毒杀菌领域中的应用具有很强的实用价值和指导意义。 论文主要做了三方面的工作： 通过悬液定量杀菌实验程序，确定单因素对二氧化氯杀菌效果的影响规律，得出以下结论：二氧化氯杀菌效果随消毒剂浓度、温度、消毒时间、转速的增大(延长)而增强，而消毒液pH值对二氧化氯杀菌效果影响不大。 通过设计正交实验，研究二氧化氯杀菌各因素的主次顺序及最佳杀菌条件，得出结论：二氧化氯杀灭革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌的影响因素的主次顺序由主到次依次为：二氧化氯浓度—作用时间—温度—转速—pH值；二氧化氯浓度为8mg/L，温度为30℃，作用时间为15min，pH值为6，转速为40r/min，是二氧化氯杀灭大肠杆菌的最佳条件；二氧化氯浓度为10mg/L，温度为30℃，作用时间为15min，pH值为6，转速为40r/min，是二氧化氯灭活金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳条件。 采用悬液定量杀菌方法测定含有不同浓度全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠或平平加O-20的二氧化氯溶液的杀菌效果，并得出结论：二氧化氯杀菌效果随全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠或平平加O-20的加入浓度的增大而增强，达到一定值时，二氧化氯杀菌效果不再有明显变化。
[Abstract]:Chlorine dioxide is widely used as fungicides, detergents, deodorants and bleach in its related fields. Further research on the influencing factors of chlorine dioxide sterilization and disinfection is of great practical value and guiding significance in expanding its application in the field of disinfection and sterilization. The thesis mainly does three aspects of work: The effect of single factor on chlorine dioxide germicidal efficacy was determined by suspension quantitative germicidal test procedure. The following conclusions were drawn: the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide increased with the increase of disinfectant concentration, temperature, disinfection time and rotational speed. However, the pH value of disinfectant had little effect on the bactericidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide. By designing orthogonal experiment, the primary and secondary order of chlorine dioxide bactericidal factors and the optimum sterilization conditions were studied, and the conclusion was drawn that chlorine dioxide killed Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus.
