开封市健康人群麻疹抗体水平调查

【摘要】:目的了解开封市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,探寻免疫预防重点人群。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对开封市健康人群进行麻疹Ig G抗体水平血清学检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 1 878名调查对象麻疹抗体阳性率为75.99%(1 427/1 878);抗体达保护性水平的比率为42.39%(796/1878),抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为330.31IU/L。各年龄组人群麻疹抗体阳性率和抗体GMC差异均有统计学意义(χ2=648.59,P0.001;F=127.61,P0.01)。其中,1岁以下婴儿抗体阳性率和GMC分别为45.00%(333/740)、103.02IU/L;20~29岁青年为93.79%(166/177)、645.43IU/L;1~4岁儿童GMC最高,为982.01IU/L;而40岁以上人群抗体阳性率最高,为98.48%。城镇人群麻疹抗体GMC(364.51IU/L)高于农村人群(293.37IU/L)。患过麻疹的人群抗体阳性率和GMC分别为99.39%、998.96IU/L均高于未患人群(67.68%、222.73IU/L)。既往接种过含麻疹成分疫苗的人群抗体阳性率和GMC分别为89.23%、591.07IU/L均高于未种人群(66.58%、218.14IU/L)。结论开封市患过麻疹、接种含麻疫苗的人群抗体水平高,而1岁婴儿和20~29岁人群抗体水平较低,为麻疹防控重点人群,需通过综合性免疫策略来进一步提高其抗体水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of measles antibody in Kaifeng healthy population and to explore the key population of immunization prevention. Methods Elisa Elisa was used to detect the serum level of measles IgG antibody in healthy population of Kaifeng City and the results were analyzed statistically. Results the positive rate of measles antibody in 1 878 subjects was 75.999.The ratio of antibody to protective level was 42.39 / 1878, and the geometric mean concentration of antibody was 330.31 IUP / L. There were significant differences in measles antibody positive rate and antibody GMC among different age groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (648.59) (P ~ (0.001) P ~ (0.001) P ~ (0.01). The positive rates of antibody and GMC in infants under 1 year of age were 45.00% and 103.02%, respectively. The positive rates of GMC were 93.797,166 / 1777.76% and 645.43 IUL / L / 4 years old, respectively, and the highest positive rate of antibody was 98.488.The positive rate of antibody in infants under 1 year old was 982.01 IUR / L, and the positive rate was 98.481.The positive rate of GMC in infants under 1 year of age was the highest (P < 0.05), and the positive rate of GMC in children over 40 years old was 98.48.5%. The measles antibody GMC 364.51IUP / L in urban population was higher than that in rural population (293.37 IUR / L). The positive rate of antibody and GMC in the people with measles were 99.399.96IUL and 998.96IUL, respectively, which were higher than those in the unaffected population (67.68) and 222.73 (IUP / L), respectively. The positive rate of antibody and GMC of those who had been vaccinated with measles vaccine were 89.23% and 591.07%, respectively, which were higher than that of unseeded population (66.58%) and 218.14% IUL / L respectively. Conclusion the antibody level of measles in Kaifeng city is higher than that of 1 year old infant and 20 ~ 29 year old group. It is the key population of measles prevention and control. It is necessary to further improve the antibody level through comprehensive immunization strategy.
