珠海、恩施两地中学生人际间暴力发生现况及影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的 通过对珠海、恩施两地中学生人际间暴力的流行病学调查,了解两地中学生人际间暴力的发生现状,,探讨其影响因素,为教育等有关部门制定学生安全措施、预防和减少中学生人际间暴力、创建“和谐社区”提供参考依据。 方法 采用目的抽样方法调查珠海市、恩施市两地中学生在1年中遭受人际间暴力的情况,使用EpiData3.0软件和SPSS12.0 for Windows软件进行统计分析。 结果 珠海市与恩施市中学生人际间暴力的发生率分别为53.42%和39.68%,其中心理暴力、身体暴力、性暴力的发生率珠海为44.92%、34.82%、16.96%;恩施为31.76%、26.13%、8.64%。两地中学生人际间暴力的高发时间为课间休息时,高发地点为教室。施暴者主要为年龄相仿的同校男生。暴力事件使遭受暴力者感到气愤、学习热情下降、焦虑/害怕、计划报复等。遭受暴力的学生应对暴力的方式主要有忍让回避,针锋相对。珠海市中学生暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=1.55)、家庭结构(OR=1.51)、打人史(OR=1.33)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.74)、学校所处位置(OR=1.43);心理暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=1.38)、家庭结构(OR=1.55)、打人史(OR=1.14)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.79)、学校所处位置(OR=1.24);身体暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=2.25)、年级(OR=1.13)、打人史(OR=1.54)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.39)、学校所处位置(OR=1.57);性暴力的影响因素有家庭结构(OR=1.46)、打人史(OR=1.24)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.48);恩施市中学生暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=2.36)、户口所在地(OR=54.86)、父亲文化程度(OR=1.22)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.73);心理暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=1.75)、户口所在地(OR=9.16)、父亲文化程度(OR=1.21)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.75);身体暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=3.63)、户口所在地(OR=5.14)、打人史(OR=1.43)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.34);性暴力的影响因素有年龄(OR=1.98)、家庭结构(OR=1.70)、户口所在地(OR=3.39)、打人史(OR=1.27)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.54)。 结论 珠海、恩施两地中学生人际间暴力发生率均较高,珠海市的发生率高于恩施市。以心理暴力最常见。人际间暴力危害中学生的身心健康,对其学习、生活产生严重的消极影响。两地暴力的影响因素各有异同,干预措施应有所侧重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of interpersonal violence among middle school students in Zhuhai and Enshi, explore the influencing factors, and formulate safety measures for students. To prevent and reduce interpersonal violence among middle school students, and to establish "harmonious community" to provide reference basis. Methods objective sampling method was used to investigate the interpersonal violence among middle school students in Zhuhai and Enshi in one year. Results the incidence of interpersonal violence was 53.42% in Zhuhai and 39.68% in Enshi. The incidence of psychological, physical and sexual violence in Zhuhai was 44.922.34.82 and 16.966,31.7626.136.64, respectively. The high incidence of interpersonal violence between middle school students in the two places is the time of recess, and the high incidence is in the classroom. The perpetrators were mainly schoolmates of the same age. Violence makes people angry, learning less enthusiastic, anxious / afraid, planning revenge, etc. The students who are subjected to violence have the main ways to deal with violence: forbearance, avoidance and tit-for-tat. The influencing factors of secondary school students' violence in Zhuhai are gender OR1.55, family structure 1.51, assault history 1.33, verbal abuse threatening others' history 1.74, school location 1.43; the influencing factors of psychological violence are sex 1.38, family structure OR1.5555, beating person's history 1.14, and insulting and threatening others' history. The influencing factors of physical violence are gender, OR2.25, grade 1.13, assault, abuse and threat, 1.39. the school's location is 1.577.The influential factors of sexual violence are family structure, OR1.46, verbal abuse and threat to others. The influencing factors of secondary school students' violence in Shishi city are gender, 54.86, father's education level, insulting and threatening history, psychological violence are gender 1.75, hukou is 9.16, father's education level is OR1.21, insults threaten others' history. The influencing factors of physical violence are gender, OR3.63, hukou, 5.14, assault, 1.43, insulting and threatening others. The influencing factors of sexual violence are age, family structure, residence, OR3.39, assault, abuse and threat to others. Interpersonal violence endangers students' physical and mental health, and has a serious negative impact on their study and life. The influencing factors of violence in both places have similarities and differences, and the intervention measures should be focused on.
