酸性氧化电位水对消化内镜消毒效果研究

【摘要】:目的研究酸性氧化电位水对消化内镜的消毒效果及其影响因素。方法通过现场实际消毒和检测方法,对北京市4所大型综合医院用酸性氧化电位水消毒消化内镜的效果及其影响因素进行观察。结果在4所医院共计对138条消化内镜(胃镜69条、肠镜69条)清洗消毒前后进行检测,胃镜初始污染菌量在500~6.45×107cfu/条之间,用酸性氧化电位水清洗消毒后,残存菌量在0~62 cfu/条之间;肠镜初始污染菌量在500~9.72×108cfu/条之间,酸性氧化电位水消毒后残存菌量在0~300 cfu/条之间。在检测的138条消化内镜中,有126条内镜消毒后细菌总数≤20 cfu/条,平均总合格率为91.30%,胃镜合格率为97.10%,肠镜合格率为85.51%。结论酸性氧化电位水消毒效果受有机物影响较大,故在临床使用酸性氧化电位水消毒内镜时,必须在内镜清洗充分的前提下,才能确保消毒效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection effect of acidic oxidized potential water on digestive endoscopy and its influencing factors. Methods the efficacy and influencing factors of disinfection of digestive endoscopy with acid oxidized potential water in 4 large general hospitals in Beijing were observed by actual disinfection and detection methods on the spot. Results A total of 138 digestive endoscopes (69 gastroscopy and 69 colonoscopy) were examined in 4 hospitals before and after cleaning and disinfection. The initial contamination amount of gastroscope was between 500 ~ 6.45 脳 107cfu/. After cleaning and disinfecting with acid oxidizing potential water, the residual bacteria amount was between 0 and 62 cfu/. The initial contamination amount of enteroscopy was between ~ 9.72 脳 108cfu/, and the residual bacteria after disinfection of acidic oxidizing potential water was between 0 ~ 300 cfu/. Among the 138 digestive endoscopes examined, 126 were less than 20 cfu/ in total bacterial count after disinfection, and the average qualified rate was 91.300.The qualified rate of gastroscopy was 97.10 and the qualified rate of endoscopy was 85.51. Conclusion the disinfection effect of acid oxidized potential water is greatly affected by organic matter, so the disinfection effect must be ensured under the premise of adequate cleaning of the endoscope in clinical use of acid oxidized potential water.
