一种过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉对软式内镜的消毒效果

【摘要】：目的研究一种新型过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉对软式内镜的现场消毒效果。方法软式内镜严格按照操作规范规定的流程清洗后,用过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉和酸性氧化电位水进行消毒灭菌,并采用细菌培养和浓度检测方法对消毒的实际效果进行监测和评价。结果两种不同消毒剂清洗内镜消毒效果的合格率为100%。过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉连续使用8 h有效浓度维持在≥2 300 mg/L。结论这种新型的过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉应用于软式内镜消毒,提高了工作效率,节省水资源,取得快速有效的消毒效果,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。
