一种复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液杀真菌效果研究

【摘要】：目的研究复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒剂杀灭真菌的效果。方法采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液杀灭真菌的效果进行了实验室观察。结果以活性物含量为400 mg/L的季铵盐消毒液作用5 min,对载体上白色念珠菌平均杀灭率50%。用含季铵盐400 mg/L与异丙醇≥132 g/L组成的复方消毒液作用3 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.99%,对不锈钢片和布片载体上白色念珠菌杀灭率为100%。结论该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液能快速杀灭白色念珠菌,可进一步进行应用性研究。
