2004-2014年河南省周口市突发公共卫生事件特征分析

【摘要】:目的掌握周口市突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,分析其发生的规律,为制定有效防控对策提供科学依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对周口市2004-2014年网络报告的突发公共卫生事件相关信息资料进行分析。结果2004-2014年周口市共报告各级各类突发公共卫生事件29起,报告病例1072例,死亡5例。事件以传染病疫情暴发事件为主(16起,占55.17%),病种以流行性腮腺炎为主(7起,占24.14%),高发月份为3-5月(11起,占37.93%)。学校(包括幼托机构)为事件的高发场所(18起,占62.07%),食物中毒事件后果严重(死亡5例,病死率1.09%)。结论为有效预防和控制突发公共卫生事件的发生,需要加强学校及幼托机构春冬季呼吸道传染病的防控工作和食品卫生的监督检查。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Zhoukou City and analyze the law of occurrence so as to provide scientific basis for making effective prevention and control measures. Methods descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the information of public health emergencies reported by network in Zhoukou from 2004 to 2014. Results from 2004 to 2014, 29 public health emergencies at all levels were reported in Zhoukou City, with 1072 reported cases and 5 deaths. The main events were infectious diseases (16 cases, 55.17%), mumps (7 cases, 24.14%), and the high incidence month was 3-5 months (11 cases, 37.93%). Schools (including nursery care institutions) were high incidence sites (18 cases, accounting for 62.07%), and the consequences of food poisoning were serious (5 cases of death, case fatality rate of 1.09%). Conclusion in order to prevent and control public health emergencies effectively, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in spring and winter and the supervision and inspection of food hygiene in schools and young care institutions.
