新疆克拉玛依市白碱滩区生物灭蚊效果研究与探索

【摘要】：目的试验生物灭蚊在实践中的效果,探索和推广灭蚊技术。方法 2011年4月-2012年5月期间向辖区内的钻井公园(光荣公园)、水牛公园及217国道以南应急水源地等水体投放野生小鲫鱼鱼苗,同时设立对照组,监测水中幼蚊密度,对比分析投入前(2010年)、2011年、2012年的池水中幼蚊密度,并与同期对照组进行比较。结果投放野生鲫鱼的水域,幼蚊密度逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);投放野生鲫鱼的水域,水中幼蚊的密度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论投放野生鲫鱼具有改善水体环境、明显降低水体中幼蚊密度的作用,值得其他地区加以推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the effect of biological mosquito control in practice and to explore and popularize the technology of mosquito control. Methods from April 2011 to May 2012, wild small crucian carp fry was placed in drilling park (Guangyuan Park), buffalo park and emergency water source area south of 217 National Road, and control group was set up to monitor the density of juvenile mosquitoes in water. The density of juvenile mosquitoes in pond water before (2010), 2011, 2012 was compared with that in control group. Results the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the waters of wild crucian carp decreased year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the waters of wild crucian carp was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the wild crucian carp can improve the water environment and obviously reduce the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the water body, which is worth popularizing in other areas.
