微酸性电解水对口腔综合治疗台水路持续消毒效果研究

【摘要】:目的研究微酸性电解水对口腔综合治疗台水路的持续消毒效果。方法有效氯为10~15 mg/L微酸性电解水持续为5台口腔综合治疗台水路消毒。每天早8点开诊前和下午诊疗结束后,分别采集漱口水、洁牙机和三用枪出水口水样,进行细菌菌落计数。结果本次研究共采集水样300份,漱口水、洁牙机和三用枪水各100份。消毒前(0 d)漱口水、洁牙机水和三用枪水的平均菌落总数依次为982 cfu/ml、3.53×10~4cfu/ml和7.99×10~3cfu/ml;消毒第8 d,该3部位的平均菌落总数分别为106 cfu/ml、641 cfu/ml和2.41×10~5cfu/ml;消毒第30 d,监测部位水样菌落总数下降明显,分别为0 cfu/ml、33 cfu/ml和7.56×10~4cfu/ml。结论口腔综合治疗台水路中存在微生物污染,使用微酸性电解水对口腔综合治疗台水路的消毒效果明显,特别是漱口水,但持续消毒效果需进一步观察研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of microacid electrolytic water on continuous disinfection of oral comprehensive therapy. Methods the available chlorine of 10 ~ 15 mg/L acid electrolytic water was continuously disinfected with 5 sets of oral comprehensive therapy water. After the diagnosis and treatment at 8: 00 A. M. every day, the mouthwash, the toothcleaner and the water from the outlet of the three-use gun were collected, and the bacteria colony was counted. Results A total of 300 water samples were collected, including mouthwash, tooth cleaning machine and three-purpose gun water. Before disinfection (0 d), the average colony counts of mouthwash, dental cleaning machine water and three-use gun water were 982cfuml / ml 3.53 脳 10~4cfu/ml and 7.99 脳 103cfur / ml respectively, the average colony counts of the three parts were 106cfuml / r 641 cfu/ml and 2.41 脳 105cfur / ml respectively on the 8th day of disinfection, and at the 30th day of disinfection, the total colony counts of monitored water samples decreased obviously. The results were as follows: 0 cfur / ml 33 cfu/ml and 7.56 脳 10 0 cfur / ml, respectively. Conclusion microbial contamination exists in the water path of the comprehensive oral treatment station. The disinfection effect of the microacidic electrolytic water is obvious, especially the mouthwash, but the effect of continuous disinfection needs further observation and study.
