天津市口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染及耐药性研究

【摘要】:目的研究医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路分离细菌的耐药性,探索监控措施。方法采用纸片扩散法,对从口腔综合治疗台水路中分离的细菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果口腔综合治疗台水路中检出的革兰阴性菌对头孢类、妥布霉素和氯霉素等抗菌药物耐药率超过50%,对环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星全部敏感;革兰阳性球菌对苯唑西林耐药率超过50%,对万古霉素耐药率为34.78%。在45株细菌中检出29株多重耐药菌株,占64.44%。检出3株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌。结论口腔综合治疗台水路细菌耐药性严重,应加强水路污染控制,提示口腔科加强细菌耐药性监测。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the drug resistance of bacteria isolated from the waterway of oral comprehensive treatment station in medical institutions and to explore the monitoring measures. Methods the drug sensitivity test of bacteria isolated from the water of oral comprehensive therapy station was carried out by disk diffusion method. Results the rate of resistance of Gram-negative bacteria to cephalosporins, tobramycin and chloramphenicol was more than 50, which was sensitive to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. The resistance rate of Gram-positive cocci to oxacillin was more than 500.The resistance rate to vancomycin was 34.78. 29 multidrug resistant strains (64.44%) were detected in 45 strains of bacteria. Three strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis were detected. Conclusion the drug resistance of bacteria in the waterway of the oral comprehensive therapy station is serious, so it is necessary to strengthen the pollution control of the waterway, which suggests that the stomatology department should strengthen the monitoring of the bacterial resistance.
