手消毒剂的研究进展

【摘要】：正手消毒剂的使用在医院预防疾病中起着重要的作用,有文章报道,10%聚维酮碘或4%氯己定消毒剂在使用后,与没有消毒剂的对比下,其医院感染降低了50%[1]。Bhojani等[2]认为一个好的手部卫生是进行医院活动的简单、便宜且有效的方法,目前消毒剂的使用不再局限于外科的术前消毒,在生活中的使用也越来越广泛,报道如下。1手消毒剂的分类1.1低效消毒剂1.1.1胍类消毒剂胍类消毒剂主要包括氯己定、聚六亚甲基胍及其衍生物,广泛使用的氯己定包括醋酸氯己定、盐
[Abstract]:The use of forehand disinfectants plays an important role in the prevention of diseases in hospitals. It has been reported that 10% povidone iodine or 4% chlorhexidine disinfectants are used in comparison with those without disinfectants. Its nosocomial infection has been reduced by 50% [1]. Bhojani et al. [2] think that a good hand hygiene is a simple, inexpensive and effective method for hospital activities. At present, the use of disinfectants is no longer confined to the preoperative disinfection of surgery, and the use of disinfectants in daily life is becoming more and more widespread. The classification of hand disinfectants 1.1 low efficiency disinfectants 1.1.1 guanidine disinfectants mainly include chlorhexidine, polyhexamethylguanidine and their derivatives, and widely used chlorhexidine acetate, salt, chlorhexidine acetate.
