中国儿童青少年2002—2012年跌落伤发生率Meta分析

【摘要】：目的综合评价我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生情况,为预防儿童青少年跌落伤提供依据。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普信息资源系统及PubMed数据库,收集2002—2012年收录的有关我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生率的文献,采用Meta分析合并发生率,按照性别、城乡、研究地区和伤害标准进行亚组分析,并对结果行敏感性分析和发表偏倚的评价。结果共筛选出符合标准文献57篇,总样本量为755 934人,跌落伤发生率为6.5%(95%CI:4.7%~8.9%)。亚组分析显示,跌落伤发生率男、女童分别为10.2%,6.8%;城市、农村分别为6.8%,6.6%;东部、中部、西部地区分别为5.5%,6.3%,14.3%,性别、城乡、地区间差异均有统计学意义(P值均0.05)。不同伤害标准之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。经敏感性分析显示,文献质量和研究类型对结果改变不大。结论我国儿童青少年跌落伤害发生率在性别、城乡、研究地区间存在差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the incidence of fall injury in Chinese children and adolescents and to provide evidence for prevention of falling injury. Methods A systematic search was carried out on China Zhiwang, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Weip Information Resources system and PubMed database, and collected the literature on the incidence of fall injury in Chinese children and adolescents from 2002 to 2012. The incidence rate was analyzed by Meta, subgroup analysis was carried out according to sex, urban and rural areas, study area and injury criteria, and sensitivity analysis and publication bias evaluation were performed to the results. Results A total of 57 articles were selected, the total sample size was 755,934, and the incidence of falling injury was 6.5% (95 CI: 4.7%). Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of falling injury was 10.26.8in males and 6.8in urban and rural areas, respectively. In the eastern, central and western regions, there were significant differences between the five groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in sex, urban and rural areas and regions (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between different injury criteria (P0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed that the quality of literature and the type of research had little effect on the results. Conclusion the incidence of falling injury in Chinese children and adolescents is different in sex, urban and rural areas.
