2013年无锡市儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率调查

【摘要】：目的了解无锡市适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率情况。方法利用免疫接种信息管理系统的抽样统计功能,抽取儿童作为信息系统调查对象;采用系统抽样的方法,以县区为单位,抽取36个幼儿园、36个行政村、18个农贸市场的儿童作为现场调查对象,调查疫苗基础、加强和及时免疫接种率。结果基础免疫接种率中卡介苗(BCG)、脊髓灰质炎疫苗(PV)、百白破疫苗(DPT)、麻疹风疹疫苗(MV)、乙肝疫苗(HepB)、乙脑疫苗(JE)、A群流脑疫苗(MenA)、A+C群流脑疫苗(MenAC)和甲肝疫苗(HepA)均为95%以上,白破疫苗(DT)低于90%;加强免疫接种率中PV达90%以上,DPT和JE达95%以上,MenAC低于90%;及时免疫接种率中,HepB1达90%以上,PV、MV、和麻腮风疫苗(MMR)低于90%。结论全市接种率保持在较高水平,但流动人口接种率存在薄弱环节,部分疫苗的加强免疫接种率和及时免疫接种率还需进一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the immunization coverage rate of school-age children in Wuxi. Methods by using the function of sampling statistics of the information management system of immunization, children were selected as the objects of the information system investigation. With the method of systematic sampling, the children of 36 kindergartens, 36 administrative villages and 18 farmers' markets were selected as field survey objects to investigate the vaccine basis and strengthen and timely immunization coverage rate. Results BCG (BCG), poliomyelitis vaccine (PV), (PV), measles rubella vaccine (MV), hepatitis B vaccine (HepB), je vaccine (JE), A vaccine (MenA), The (HepA) of (MenAC) and hepatitis A vaccine were more than 95%, and the (DT) of albino vaccine was lower than 90%. More than 90% of PV, 95% of DPT and JE, and less than 90% of MenAC, 90% of HepB1 and less than 90% of (MMR) of PV,MV, and leprosy vaccine. Conclusion the coverage rate of the whole city remains at a high level, but the coverage rate of floating population is weak, and the immunization coverage rate of some vaccines should be further improved.
