河南省立克次体流行病学调查

【摘要】:目的:本次研究是应用免疫学和分子生物学的方法寻找河南省立克次体存在的证据,在群的水平对河南省立克次体的分布、分类进行一次本底调查,以初步了解河南省立克次体的感染流行情况。 方法:选取河南省有典型地貌特点的地区,采集发热病人的血清、鼠血清以及鼠脾脏,利用微量免疫荧光的方法测定血清中立克次体IgG,并利用PCR法选取属特异性引物检测鼠脾脏中的立克次体。 结果: 1.采集到发热病人血清500份,捕鼠476只、刺猬、獾各一只。 2.对发热病人血清IgG的检测:检测出莫氏立克次体IgG阳性174例,阳性率为34.8%;检测出普氏立克次体IgG阳性75例,阳性率为15%;检测到恙虫病立克次体IgG阳性25例,阳性率为5%。 3.对135份鼠血清IgG检测:Q热阳性25份,阳性率为18.51%。阳性标本主要来自丘陵、湿地、山地。立氏立克次体阳性23份,阳性率为17.04%,各生境中分布一致。普氏立克次体阳性10份,阳性率为7.41%,阳性标本主要来自丘陵、山地。 4.对鼠脾脏利用PER方法检测:共检出恙虫病立克次体3份。分布在灵宝和汝南县。 意义 本次研究是河南省首次对立克次体在河南省的分布及感染
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the distribution and classification of Rickettsia in Henan Province at the group level by using immunological and molecular biology methods to find the evidence of the existence of Rickettsia in Henan Province. To understand the epidemic situation of Rickettsia in Henan Province. Methods: the febrile patient's serum, mouse serum and rat spleen were collected from typical landform areas of Henan Province. The Rickettsia IgG, in serum was determined by microimmunofluorescence method. The genus specific primers were selected by PCR to detect Rickettsia in mouse spleen. Results: 1. A total of 500 serum samples were collected from fever patients, 476 rat catchers, 1 hedgehog and 1 badger. 2. The detection of serum IgG in febrile patients showed that 174 cases of Rickettsia mori IgG were positive, and the positive rate was 34.8.The positive rate of Rickettsia pullback IgG was 75 cases, the positive rate was 15%. 25 cases of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi were positive for IgG, and the positive rate was 5%. 3. The serum IgG of 135 mice was detected: Q fever was positive in 25 cases, and the positive rate was 18.51%. Positive specimens are mainly from hills, wetlands and mountains. The positive rate of Rickettsia Rickettsiae was 17.040.The distribution of Rickettsia Rickettsiae in different habitats was the same. There were 10 positive samples of Rickettsia przewalskii, and the positive rate was 7.41%. 4. Three Rickettsia tsutsugamushi strains were detected by PER. Distributed in Lingbao and Runan County. The significance of this study is the distribution and infection of Rickettsia in Henan Province for the first time.
