常见传染防治智能化信息决策系统的研究

【摘要】: 常见传染病防治智能化信息决策系统是把专家系统知识应用于医疗领域的一项计算机技术。主要面向医护人员和广大青年学生,力求实现科学性、先进性、启发性和可扩充性。系统的应用将实现智能决策的本地化,解决医护人员医疗水平参差不齐的问题,为卫生知识的普及与推广开辟了一条新的途径。同时,在高校的推广应用将有利于在大学生中开展健康教育,帮助学生了解疾病的预防措施,增强防病意识和自我保护意识,养成良好的卫生习惯。它对于普及传染病预防知识,提高疾病的确诊率具有重要的理论意义和指导意义。 系统设计主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。整个设计过程要求建立一个完整性好、安全性强的数据库和功能完备、简洁明了的应用程序。 系统采用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic作为开发工具,能简洁、高效地实现可视化和面向对象的编程,这样可以很快建立系统应用原型,再对初始原型系统进行需求调整,不断修正和改进,即可得到满意的实用系统。 系统由知识库、推理机、人机界面、解释模块等组成,可以根据用户输入的事实,激活相应的知识源逐步推理,依据一定规则得出结论。在系统人机交互界面上,使用统一的表单处理技术及对话框提示方式,力求页面布局简单明快,直观方便。
[Abstract]:The intelligent information decision system for the prevention and control of common infectious diseases is a computer technology which applies the knowledge of expert system to the field of medical treatment. Mainly for medical staff and young students, to achieve scientific, advanced, enlightening and extensible. The application of the system will realize the localization of intelligent decision, solve the problem of uneven medical level of medical staff, and open up a new way for popularizing and popularizing health knowledge. At the same time, the popularization and application in colleges and universities will be beneficial to carry out health education among college students, help students to understand the preventive measures of diseases, strengthen the consciousness of prevention and self-protection, and form good hygiene habits. It has important theoretical and guiding significance for popularizing the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and improving the diagnostic rate of the disease. The system design mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of background database and the development of front-end application program. The whole design process requires the establishment of a complete, secure database and a complete, concise application program. The system adopts Visual Basic of Microsoft Company as development tool, which can realize visualization and object-oriented programming succinctly and efficiently. In this way, the system application prototype can be set up very quickly, and then the initial prototype system needs adjustment, and the original prototype system can be revised and improved continuously. A satisfactory practical system can be obtained. The system consists of knowledge base, inference machine, man-machine interface, explanation module, etc. According to the facts of user input, the corresponding knowledge source can be activated step by step, and the conclusion can be drawn according to certain rules. In the man-machine interface of the system, the unified form processing technology and dialog box prompt method are used to make the layout of the page simple and quick, intuitive and convenient.
