一种催化氧化消毒剂的相关性能与应用

【摘要】:目的研究观察一种催化氧化型消毒剂的相关性能及应用可行性。方法通过特种危化品液液消毒试验、悬液和载体定量杀菌试验、腐蚀性全浸试验观察该消毒剂的危化品洗消性能、消毒性能以及腐蚀性能。结果该催化氧化型消毒剂活性氧含量达到3.5%,对HD的洗消率达到99%以上;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌菌悬液作用10 s或对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用1 min,具有有效的杀灭能力;作用10 s能有效杀灭纱布片、纸片、棉布片载体上的大肠杆菌;作用20 s能有效杀灭3种载体上金黄色葡萄球菌;而对纱布、棉布上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭时间约需要1 min;纸片上则需要20 min。温度(25±1)℃条件下,消毒剂对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝达到轻度腐蚀等级。结论该催化氧化型消毒剂具有良好的危化品洗消性能、杀菌性能和使用安全性,易于推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the properties and feasibility of a catalytic oxidation disinfectant. Methods the disinfectant's disinfectant performance, disinfection performance and corrosion performance were observed by disinfectant liquid disinfection test, suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal test and corrosive full-immersion test. Results the active oxygen content of the catalytic oxidized disinfectant was 3.5%, and the removal rate of HD was more than 99%. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus suspension exposed to 10 s or Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spore exposed to 1 min, could kill the Escherichia coli on the carrier of gauze, paper and cotton cloth for 10 s. For 20 s, Staphylococcus aureus on three carriers could be killed effectively, but for gauze, spores of Bacillus subtilis var.
