福建省部分地区居民的高血压病流行现状及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：目的评价福建省慢性病综合防控示范区长乐市、福清市和南安市居民的高血压病现状,分析影响高血压病患病的环境因素,并提出防治对策。方法 2014年4-9月,笔者科室对福建省长乐市、福清市和南安市的部分居民进行现场问卷调查,并对高血压病的主要影响因素进行综合评价。结果福建省长乐市、福清市和南安市的部分居民高血压病总患病率为20.9%,且男女性患病率差别有统计学意义。居民高血压病患病率随年龄的增长而逐渐增高,≥60岁组的患病率最高。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,经性别、年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况调整后,居民患高血压病的环境危险因素为经常饮酒、体质量指数偏高和向心性肥胖。结论福建省长乐市、福清市和南安市的部分居民高血压病是由多种因素共同作用的结果,需要加大健康生活方式的宣传力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the present situation of hypertension in Changle City Fuqing City and Nanan City of Fujian Province analyze the environmental factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension and put forward the countermeasures. Methods from April to September 2014, a questionnaire survey was conducted among some residents in Changle, Fuqing and Nanan, Fujian Province, and the main influencing factors of hypertension were comprehensively evaluated. Results the total prevalence of hypertension in some residents of Changle, Fuqing and Nanan in Fujian Province was 20.9, and the difference between male and female was statistically significant.
