NICU新生儿医院感染调查及防控对策

【摘要】：目的了解新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)医院感染情况及其危险因素,制定防控对策。方法采取回顾性调查方法,对该医院NICU收治的新生儿医院感染现状进行调查,并对进行了室内环境卫生学监测。结果本次共调查该医院NICU住院新生儿1 658例,发生院内获得性感染患者45例,医院感染率为2.7%。感染高发部位为皮肤和下呼吸道,感染构成比分别为71.7%和17.8%。该NICU医务人员手卫生质量和暖箱等卫生质量较好,新生儿沐浴用品等细菌超标明显。结论该医院NICU住院新生儿皮肤感染发生率较高,其沐浴用品是重点防护环节。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the (NICU) nosocomial infection and its risk factors in neonatal intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A retrospective investigation was carried out to investigate the status of nosocomial infection in neonates admitted to NICU in this hospital, and indoor environmental hygiene monitoring was carried out. Results A total of 1,658 neonates in hospital with NICU were investigated and 45 cases of nosocomial infection occurred. The nosocomial infection rate was 2.7%. The high incidence of infection was in the skin and lower respiratory tract, and the infection composition ratio was 71.7% and 17.8%, respectively. The NICU medical staff hand hygiene quality and warm box hygiene quality is better, neonatal bath products and other bacteria exceeded the standard. Conclusion the incidence of skin infection in neonates in NICU hospital is high.
