乙醇消毒剂标准物质研制及均匀性不确定度评定

【摘要】：目的研制乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质及其样品均匀性检验。方法用气相色谱法和统计学分析方法,对制备的乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质进行检测和均匀性分析。结果所制备的标准样品是由乙醇、水和丙三醇3种物质组成的无色透明状液体,乙醇按质量分数计为70.00%。用气相色谱法测定样品含量,其测量结果的平均值为质量分数70.70%,瓶间不均匀性导致的不确定度分量为0.22%。结论本研究确定的方案制备出的乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质含量准确,均匀性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare alcohol disinfectant matrix reference material and its sample homogeneity test. Methods Gas chromatography and statistical analysis were used to detect and analyze the matrix reference material of ethanol disinfectant. Results the standard sample was a colorless transparent liquid composed of ethanol, water and glycerol. The content of the sample was determined by gas chromatography. The average value of the measurement results was 70.70 and the uncertainty component caused by the inhomogeneity between bottles was 0.22. Conclusion the content of matrix reference material of ethanol disinfectant prepared by this method is accurate and uniform.
