精细化管理优化硬式内镜器械处理的效果

【摘要】：目的应用精细化管理降低硬式内镜器械损坏率。方法比较2012年常规管理下硬式内镜器械与2013年运用精细化管理后硬式内镜器械的损坏情况。结果常规管理硬式内镜器械共150 696件,损坏424件,器械损坏率为2.81‰。运用精细化管理硬式内镜器械共175 437件,损坏101件,器械损坏率为0.58‰。结论运用精细化管理能有效地降低器械的损坏率,保障器械质量,节约成本。
