从气象要素探讨长沙地区五脏疾病发病危险因素的研究

【摘要】: 目的:本文通过对2006年1062例内科住院病例的流行病学调查分析,获取了大量关于中医五脏病学的流行病学资料,统计长沙地区12年的气象资料,总结长沙地区的气候特点并结合与气候重点相关的长沙地区2006年气温、降水、湿度等气象资料,探讨长沙气候与五脏疾病发生的相关性,对长沙地区五脏疾病发病危险因素进行基础性的研究。 资料与方法:本文利用湖南省气象台长沙地面站1994年至2005年气温、气压、降水、湿度、风的详细资料,运用气候评价的方法进行气候研究。流行病学调查资料来源于2006年1月至2006年12月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院的所有内科住院病例的调查,运用构成比的方法进行统计分析。 结果:长沙地区的气候特点为全年湿度较大,夏季气温偏高,冬季气温较低。2006年气象要素资料分析表明,其特点与历年统计结果基本相符,流行病学调查分析结果表明,五脏疾病在12个月的发病情况中,心病与肺病有非常显著性意义,而每个月五脏疾病的发病都有非常显著性意义,明显受气候的季节性影响。 结论:气温过高或过低,湿度较大是导致心病发病的危险因素;湿乃脾病之气候诱因;肺、肝、肾发病的危险因素有待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the epidemiological investigation and analysis of 1062 medical inpatients in 2006, a large number of epidemiological data about TCM five organs disease were obtained, and the meteorological data of Changsha area for 12 years were counted. This paper summarizes the climatic characteristics of Changsha and discusses the correlation between Changsha climate and the occurrence of five Zang organs diseases, combining with the meteorological data of air temperature, precipitation, humidity and other meteorological data in Changsha in 2006, which are related to the key climatic issues. The risk factors of five Zang organs diseases in Changsha area were studied. Data and methods: based on the detailed data of air temperature, air pressure, precipitation, humidity and wind at Changsha Earth Station of Hunan Meteorological Station from 1994 to 2005, the climate study was carried out by using the method of climate assessment. Epidemiological data were collected from January 2006 to December 2006 in all medical inpatients of the second affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and statistical analysis was carried out with the method of composition ratio. Results: the climatic characteristics of Changsha area were high humidity in the whole year, high temperature in summer and low temperature in winter. The analysis of meteorological factors data in 2006 showed that the characteristics were basically consistent with the statistical results in the past years, and the results of epidemiological investigation showed that The incidence of five Zang organs diseases in 12 months, heart disease and lung disease have a very significant significance, and each month the five Zang organs diseases have a very significant significance, obviously affected by the seasonal climate. Conclusion: high or low air temperature and high humidity are the risk factors of heart disease, dampness is the climatic inducement of spleen disease, and the risk factors of lung, liver and kidney need to be further studied.
