【摘要】:正革兰阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌是重要的病原菌之一,可引起不同程度的感染,甚至威胁生命。除了它的潜在毒力,金黄色葡萄球菌也对各种抗菌物质表现出明显耐药性,而且耐药机制各异。尤其值得关注的是,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)对几乎所有的β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药,已引起多起医院感染暴发,而且也在社区中发现越来越多的
[Abstract]:Staphylococcus aureus, a gram-positive bacterium, is one of the most important pathogens, which can cause infection of varying degrees and even threaten life. In addition to its potential virulence, Staphylococcus aureus also showed obvious resistance to various antimicrobial substances, and the mechanisms of drug resistance were different. Of particular concern is the fact that methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is resistant to almost all beta-lactam antibiotics and has caused many outbreaks of nosocomial infections, and more of them have been found in the community.
