吉林省麻疹流行病学分析及麻疹野病毒的病原学研究

【摘要】: 对2004~2006年吉林省麻疹流行病学、麻疹野病毒病原学进行研究。对麻疹发病和防控措施进行描述流行病学分析;采用RT-PCR扩增所分离的19株麻疹野病毒N基因羧基末端450个核苷酸片断,对其测序、分析,构建基因亲缘性关系树,进行核苷酸变异、氨基酸变异和遗传距离比较,明确了引起吉林省麻疹爆发、流行的麻疹野病毒是Hla基因亚型;对所分离的麻疹野病毒与Edmonston标准株、疫苗株进行血清学研究,探讨不同人群血清对麻疹野病毒的中和作用,评价麻疹疫苗免疫保护效果。 人群不按免疫程序接种疫苗,导致人群对麻疹免疫力下降,由于麻疹野病毒抗原性的改变使疫苗免疫保护作用下降,均可能是导致吉林省三年麻疹爆发和流行的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Measles epidemiology and measles wild virus etiology in Jilin Province from 2004 to 2006 were studied. Descriptive epidemiological analysis of measles incidence and control measures was carried out. The carboxyl terminal 450 nucleotide fragments of N gene of 19 measles wild virus strains were amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced, analyzed and constructed. The nucleotide variation, amino acid variation and genetic distance of 19 measles wild virus strains were compared with each other, and the nucleotide variation, amino acid variation and genetic distance were compared. It is clear that measles wild virus is a subtype of Hla gene which causes measles outbreak in Jilin Province. The serological study of measles wild virus, Edmonston standard strain and vaccine strain was carried out to explore the neutralizing effect of sera from different populations on measles wild virus, and to evaluate the protective effect of measles vaccine against measles wild virus. The population was not vaccinated according to the immunization procedure, which resulted in the decrease of the population's immunity to measles. Because of the change of the antigenicity of wild measles virus, the immune protective effect of the vaccine decreased, which may be the main cause of the outbreak and epidemic of measles in Jilin Province in the past three years.
