增效型过氧化氢消毒纸巾对超声洁牙机手柄消毒效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察增效型过氧化氢消毒纸巾对超声洁牙机手柄消毒效果。方法分别采用增效型过氧化氢消毒纸巾与含氯消毒剂对超声洁牙机手柄消毒,使用TPC半定量细菌培养载片和ATP荧光检测仪对消毒前后的细菌数与相对光单位值(RLU)进行测定。结果超声洁牙机手柄消毒前后菌落数有统计学意义(P0.01),擦拭消毒后,两种消毒方法消毒效果无统计学意义(P=0.90);增效型过氧化氢消毒纸巾消毒前后ATP值有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论两种消毒剂消毒效果无差异,但与含氯消毒剂相比,增效型过氧化氢消毒纸巾与洁牙机手柄材料兼容性好,无腐蚀、安全性较高,清洁与消毒效果理想,适合临床上使用。
