一种蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果研究

【摘要】：目的研究一种蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法通过载体定量杀菌实验,对一种蒸汽清洁机杀菌效果及其相关因素进行实验室研究,测试不同作用时间、不同载体、不同蒸汽温度的杀菌效果。结果开启该蒸汽杀菌清洁机,在温度为85℃~105℃范围内作用60 s,对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、化脓性链球菌等平均杀灭率均达到99.99%。在蒸汽杀菌清洁机的蒸汽喷嘴、清洁垫、地毯托等3个作用部位中,以蒸汽喷嘴处杀菌效果最好。该蒸汽杀菌清洁机随作用温度的升高,或随作用时间延长杀菌效果得到提高。结论该蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果良好,作用温度和时间对其效果有一定影响。

Methods the bactericidal effect of a steam cleaner and its related factors were studied by carrier quantitative germicidal experiment. The bactericidal effect of different action time, different carrier and different steam temperature was tested.
