【摘要】：目的探讨在彩色多普勒超声引导下手法复位治疗睾丸扭转的可行性。方法选取2012年1月~2016年6月入住首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院急症外科的睾丸扭转患儿101例,在彩色多普勒超声检测和引导下对其中76例患者进行手法复位,观察手法复位成功率。结果 76例(左侧扭转48例,右侧扭转28例)患儿中经手法复位获得成功病例63例(左侧成功41例,右侧成功22例),总成功率为82.89%。9例复位不全,4例失败。结论站立位非麻醉状态下超声引导手法复位有利于提高睾丸扭转(尤其是睾丸不全扭转)手法复位的成功率和可操作性。急诊手术前及时行手法复位有助于提高扭转睾丸挽救率。此技术在基层医院的推广应用有望降低睾丸扭转造成的睾丸切除率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of manipulative reduction under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of testicular torsion. Methods a total of 101 children with testicular torsion admitted to Beijing Children's Hospital in January 2012 ~2016 in June January 2012 were selected. Under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasonography, 76 patients were manipulative reduction to observe the success rate of manual reduction. Results in 76 cases (48 cases of left lateral torsion, 28 cases of right torsion), 63 cases were successfully treated by manipulative reduction (41 cases were successful on the left side, 22 cases were successful on the right side), and the total success rate was 82.89%. There were 9 cases of incomplete reduction and 4 cases of failure. Conclusion ultrasound guided manual reduction under standing anesthesia is conducive to improving the success rate and maneuverability of testicular torsion, especially testicular torsion. The timely manual reduction in emergency operation can help to improve the rate of torsion of testicle. The application of this technique in grass-roots hospitals is expected to reduce testicular resection rate caused by testicular torsion.
