不同麻醉方式用于聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的疗效比较

【摘要】：目的探讨局部组织间浸润麻醉与连续硬膜外麻醉用于聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的临床疗效。方法选择因外阴道上皮内非瘤样变就诊于我院妇产科进行高能聚焦超声治疗的患者125例。分为局麻组62例,连续硬膜外麻醉组63例,局麻组在治疗时接受局麻,连续硬膜外麻醉组则接受连续硬膜外麻醉。比较两组患者治疗的近期及远期疗效。结果局麻组一次性治愈率66.12%(41/62),低于连续硬膜外麻醉组88.89%(56/63);两者比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论连续硬膜外麻醉下经聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮非瘤样变的临床效疗优于局麻。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the local tissue infiltration anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia for clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound in treatment of vulvar non neoplastic epithelial disorders. Methods for vaginal epithelial nonneoplastic disorders clinic of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital of HIFU treatment of 125 cases of patients divided into anesthesia group 62 cases, continuous epidural anesthesia group of 63 cases, local anesthesia in the treatment group received local anesthesia, continuous epidural anesthesia group received continuous epidural anesthesia. The short-term and long-term effect of the two groups were compared. Results the local anesthesia group cure rate 66.12% (41/62), lower than the continuous epidural anesthesia group (88.89% 56/63); the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion the continuous epidural anesthesia in the clinical effect of local anesthesia is better than that of non focused ultrasound in the treatment of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.
