【摘要】：目的 :探讨对进行阴式子宫全切手术的患者实施腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果。方法 :对2013年7月~2014年9月期间在我院进行阴式子宫全切手术的98例患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。按照麻醉方法的不同将这98例患者分为硬膜外麻醉组和腰硬联合麻醉组,每组各有49例患者。对两组患者均进行阴式子宫全切手术治疗。在进行手术期间,对硬膜外麻醉组患者进行单纯硬膜外麻醉,对腰硬联合麻醉组患者进行腰硬联合麻醉。然后,比较两组患者的麻醉效果、术中的各项麻醉指标及其术后并发症的发生率。结果 :腰硬联合麻醉组患者的麻醉效果、术中的心率和平均动脉压均明显优于硬膜外麻醉组患者,二者相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。在术中,两组患者的心电图指标和血氧饱和度均无明显变化,且均未发生不良反应。两组患者均未发生术后并发症。结论 :对进行阴式子宫全切手术的患者实施腰硬联合麻醉的效果显著,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy. The clinical data of 98 patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy from July 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively studied. According to the different anesthetic methods, 98 patients were divided into epidural. External anesthesia group and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group. There were 49 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with vaginal hysterectomy. During the operation, the patients in the epidural anesthesia group were treated with simple epidural anesthesia. Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was performed on the patients in the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group. Then, the anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the anesthetic effect, heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group were significantly better than those in the epidural anesthesia group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). During the operation, there were no significant changes in electrocardiogram index and blood oxygen saturation in the two groups. There were no adverse reactions and no postoperative complications in both groups. Conclusion: the effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy is significant and the safety is high.
