【摘要】：目的测定新生儿Tosight喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入的半数肺泡气浓度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in 50%,MAC EI_(50))和95%有效肺泡气浓度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in95%,MAC EI_(50))。方法选择22例美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA)1或Ⅱ级择期全身麻醉手术的新生儿,吸入七氟醚麻醉,初次浓度设置为3.3%,相邻浓度比为1.1,七氟醚的浓度按改良序贯法增加或减少一级,待七氟醚的浓度达血一脑平衡10 min后行气管插管。用概率单位回归法计算出新生儿Tosight喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入诱导的肺泡气浓度MAC EI_(50)和EI_(95)及相应的95%可信区间(confidence interval,95%CI)。结果全凭七氟醚吸入诱导Tosight喉镜气管插管时患儿肺泡气浓度的MAC EI_(50)为3.65%,95%CI为3.28%~4.04%;MAC EI_(95)为4.24%,95%CI为3.93%~7.14%。结论 Tosight喉镜用于新生儿气管插管时的肺泡气浓度的MAC EI_(50)和EI_(95)分别为3.65%和4.24%。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the concentration of 50% alveolar gas inhaled by sevoflurane during tracheal intubation under laryngoscope in neonates with Tosight.
