咪达唑仑对大鼠神经元氨基酸类神经递质影响的研究

【摘要】:为了确定咪达唑仑对中枢神经神经元细胞氨基酸类递质谷氨酸(Glu)及甘氨酸(Gly)含量的影响,试验以胎鼠为研究动物进行神经元的体外培养,分别设置高、中、低(60,5,3.5μg/m L)3个药物浓度,每个药物浓度设3组平行试验,然后采用ELISA法检测样品中Glu与Gly的含量,对比含量变化分析咪达唑仑对大鼠神经元氨基酸类神经递质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度咪达唑仑对Glu呈现先增强后抑制的作用,而对Gly的作用表现为先抑制后增强。说明不同浓度咪达唑仑在麻醉过程中抑制兴奋类氨基酸神经递质,增强抑制类氨基酸神经递质。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effect of midazolam on the contents of amino acid transmitter glutamate Gluand glycine Glycine in central nervous neuron cells, fetal mice were used as experimental animals to culture neurons in vitro. The concentrations of midazolam and midazolam were set at high, middle and low concentrations of 605 渭 g / mL, 3.5 渭 g / mL, respectively. The concentration of Glu and Gly in each drug was determined by ELISA method. The effects of midazolam on amino acid neurotransmitters in rat neurons were analyzed. The results showed that midazolam at different concentrations increased Glu first and then inhibited it. The effect of midazolam on Gly was inhibited at first and then increased, indicating that midazolam at different concentrations inhibited the excitatory amino acid neurotransmitters and enhanced the inhibition of amino acid neurotransmitters.
