戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉对比格犬血液流变特性与静脉血气的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉对比格犬血液流变学特性和静脉血气的影响。方法比格犬30只,分别在麻醉前清醒状态和麻醉后15 min,于前肢内测皮下头静脉采血4 m L/只做血液流变学参数测定,取200μL/只立即做血气分析测定。结果戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉前后比格犬外周静脉血中Hb(g/L)为16.31±1.07 vs 13.13±0.94,Hct(%)为49.99±3.27 vs 40.25±2.88(P0.01);不同切应力下的全血粘度(m Pa·s)分别为10(s-1)∶7.11±0.88vs 5.03±1.39,50(s-1)∶4.47±0.42 vs 3.50±0.53,150(s-1)∶3.73±0.36 vs 2.92±0.33(P0.01);红细胞聚集指数为47.72±2.20 vs 43.18±3.23,聚集时间(s)为0.272±0.034 vs 0.430±0.124(P0.01);血乳酸(Lac)浓度(mmol·L-1)为1.46±0.56 vs 1.03±0.44(P0.01),静脉血氧分压(PvO2)(mm Hg)为48.69±8.45 vs 55.39±8.16,静脉血氧饱和度(SvO2)(%)为84.56±7.00 vs 90.53±3.46(P0.01)。结论戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉可能在一定程度上改善实验动物的血流灌注,提示在失血性休克复苏血流灌注指标评价时应考虑戊巴比妥钠麻醉的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of pentobarbital sodium intravenous anesthesia on hemorheological characteristics and venous blood gas in Beagle dogs. Before anesthesia and 15 min after anesthesia, blood was collected from subcutaneous cephalic vein in the forelimb for 4 mL, and hemorheology parameters were measured only. Results before and after intravenous anesthesia with pentobarbital sodium, the blood volume of the peripheral veins of Beagle dogs was 16.31 卤1.07 vs 13.13 卤0.94Hctl): 49.99 卤3.27 vs 40.25 卤2.88P0.01; and the whole blood viscosity under different shear stress was 100.11 卤0.88 vs 5.03 卤1.350s-1W 4.47 卤0.42 vs 3.50 卤0.53Hctl vs 2.92 卤0.33P0.01respectively; the RBC viscosity was 7.11 卤0.88 vs 5.03 卤1.350s-1W 4.47 卤0.42 vs 3.50 卤0.53Hctl vs 3.73 卤0.36 vs 2.92 卤0.33P0.01P 0.01; the whole blood viscosity of pentobarbital sodium was 7.11 卤0.88 vs 5.03 卤1.350s-1BW 4.47 卤0.42 vs 3.50 卤0.53Hctl respectively. The set index was 47.72 卤2.20 vs 43.18 卤3.23, the aggregation time was 0.272 卤0.034 vs 0.430 卤0.124 P0.01g; the concentration of Lactol lactate was 1.46 卤0.56 vs 1.03 卤0.44p 0.01g; the partial pressure of oxygen in venous blood was 48.69 卤8.45 vs 55.39 卤8.16; the oxygen saturation of venous blood was 84.56 卤7.00 vs 90.53 卤3.46P0.01.Conclusion intravenous anesthesia with sodium barbiturium may be of some extent. Improve blood flow in laboratory animals, It is suggested that the effect of pentobarbital sodium anesthesia should be considered in the evaluation of blood perfusion index of hemorrhagic shock resuscitation.
